| Horse Shows: | Prior to each show you will receive a pre-bill, which will include: stall fees, % of tack stalls, entry fees, office fees, USEF drug fees and other related expenses. |
| Pro Rated: | All horse show related expenses (Hotel, travel expenses, fuel for car and truck, caretakers expenses, ECT) are pro rated and divided between the numbers of horses attending the show. A minimum daily charge of $75.00 for "On The Road Per Day Fees” will be billed at the end of each horse show. ($100.00 per day for Local or County Fair Shows). This does not include feed or training for your horse, which is taken care of in your monthly training bill. All shipping costs to each show are billed separately. |
| Sale or Purchase of Horses: | A commission of 10% will be charged buying or selling, on the purchase or sale of any horse represented by the trainers of Shadow Run, LLC. Any additional expense of travel such as lodging, airfare, car rental, etc. will be billed to the customer at cost. |
*Board and training bills are due on the 10th of each month. A Late fee of $25 will be charged on bills not paid by the 15th of that month. All other bills such as blacksmith fees, equine dentistry, veterinary fees, tack repairs, purchases of horse clothing or supplies, etc. for customers of Shadow Run, LLC are due and payable in a timely manner as received by each customer.
